Dr. Paramita Dey, Assistant Professor and PG coordinator of the institute, obtained her B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Kalyani Government Engineering College, M.Tech from Department of Radiophysics & Electronics, University of Calcutta, and Ph.D in Computer Science from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She generally teaches Computer network, System security, Mobile Computing, Advanced Architecture and research Methodology. Her current research interests are Social network analysis, Distributed and Cloud computing, Machine learning and Big data analytics. She is an honorary member of ACM and acts as reviewer in several prestigious journals of IEEE and Elsivier.
