Dr. Partha Ghosh, is an Assistant Professor at Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He holds Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Prior to his doctoral studies, he earned his M.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering), B.E. (Computer Science and Engineering) and a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Physics from University of Calcutta. He has teaching experience of about 15 years. His current areas of interest include Machine Learning, Image Processing and Computer Vision. He has contributed several research papers in national and international journals and conferences.

Workshop / Seminar / FDP:

  • Organized One-Week HANDS-ON Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Artificial Intelligence using Python” in association with Brain-o-vision Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. & National Youth Council of India. The program was held online from 14.09.2020 to 19.09.2020. It had 600 participants from different states of INDIA, mostly consisting of faculty and research scholars.
  • Organized National Level One Week Faculty Development Program on “Amazon Web Services (AWS)” with 15000+ faculties across the nation. The program took place from 22-08-2022 to 27-08-2022 and was organized by Brain-o-vision Solutions India Pvt. Ltd in association with All India Council of Technical Education – AICTE.
  • Organizing a 1-Year Certificate Course on “Python for AI, Data Science, Big Data, and the Cloud” (Coordinator) from May 2023 to April 2024. The course is currently ongoing.
