New The Online Application Process will close sharply at 02:00 PM Tomorrow(05.10.2025) & will become inaccessible to all applicants. You won't be able to login anymore. Please complete the Form Submission & Receipt Generation Process before that. Please Note without a valid receipt your application is incomplete. Download it & keep it along with other documents.

Online Applications are invited from candidates for admission to M.Tech Programmes against vacant seats in the following M.Tech Programmes. Candidates who have not appeared for GATE or PGET may also apply. Also there is no application fee.

1. Please keep the following files with you before online application process

  • Scanned Passport Size photograph(200 KB)
  • Scanned Signature(200 KB)
  • Scanned Class X Admit Card(200 KB)
  • Scanned Class X Marksheet(200 KB)
  • Scanned Class XII Marksheet(200 KB)
  • Scanned EWS Certificate(200 KB) if any.
  • Scanned Caste Certificate(200 KB) if any
  • Scanned PWD Certificate(200 KB) if any
  • Scanned GATE/PGET Rank Card (within 200KB), if any.
  • Scanned Graduate(B.Tech/B.E Or B.Sc Or BCA) Final Marksheet (within 200KB)
  • Scanned Masters (MCA Or M.Sc) Final Marksheet(within 200KB), if any.

2. Now click on "Login/Register" Link or "Click here to Apply" button and go to Sign-Up Process. Register yourself with a valid Email Id & Mobile No and password. OTP will be sent to your email id/Mobile No for validation. Please check your spam folder too.

3. Once your Email Id /Mobile is validated ... you can now Enter into your Account. Login using registered Email Id/Mobile No. and password

4. Once you logged in, you will find the Application Form.

  • Madhyamik or Secondary or Class X Equivalent Examination Details

✓ Step 4: Form Fill-up (Upload Documents) (within 200 KB)
  • Upload Passport Size Photograph (within 200KB).
  • Upload Your Signature photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Your Class X or Equivalent Admit Card Photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Your Class X or Equivalent Mark sheet Photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Your Class XII Registration Certificate Photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Your Class XII or Equivalent Mark sheet Photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Your EWS Certificate Photo (within 200KB)
  • Upload Your Caste Certificate Photo (within 200KB), if any.
  • Upload Your PWD Certificate Photo (within 200KB), if any.
  • Upload Your GATE/PGET Rank Card (within 200KB), if any.
  • Upload Your Graduate(B.Tech/B.E Or B.Sc Or BCA) Final Marksheet (within 200KB)
  • Upload Your Masters (MCA Or M.Sc) Final Marksheet (within 200KB), if any.
✓ Step 5: Please recheck your all entered data carefully by using back & Next button before final submission. Then finally accept terms and condition and submit it. No edit is allowed after submission.

✓ Step 6: Take the print out of the Receipt and keep it with you till physical verification of the documents during councelling.
