As per G.O no. No.326-Edn(T)/10M-86/2015 dated 15-09-2025, of Higher Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal, applications are invited from the eligible candidate domiciled in West Bengel only [as per criteria specified by WBJEEB] for admission in the B.Tech. Course[1st Year] against the vacant seats remaining after e-counselling 2025 in the following streams strictly in the order of merit. (View Collge Notice). The Number of seats lying vacant is given below:

  • Scanned Aadhaar Card of Guarduian (within 200 KB) (Optional)
  • Scanned Caste Certificate (within 200 KB) if any
  • Scanned EWS Certificate (within 200 KB) if any
  • Scanned Income Certificate for TFW Candidates (within 200 KB) if any
  • Scanned Person with disability(PWD) Certificate (within 200 KB) if any
  • Scanned WBJEE Merit Rank Card (within 200KB)
  • Scanned Proof of Domicile in West Bengal as prescribed by WBJEE Board (within 200KB)

2. Now click on "Login/Register" Link or "Click here to Apply" button and go to Sign-Up Process. Register yourself with a valid Email Id, Mobile No. and password. OTP will be sent to your email id, Mobile No. for validation. Please check spam folder of your email id also.

3. Once your Email Id/Mobile No. is validated ... you can now Enter into your account(i.e login) using registered Email Id/Mobile No. and password

4. Once you logged in, you will find the Application Form.

  • Madhyamik or Secondary or Class X Equivalent Examination Details
  • Higher Secondary or Class XII Equivalent Examination Details
✓ Step 4: Form Fill-up (Upload Documents) (within 200 KB)
  • Upload Passport Size Photograph (within 200KB).
  • Upload Scanned Signature photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Scanned Class X or Equivalent Admit Card Photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Scanned Class X or Equivalent Mark sheet Photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Scanned Class XII or Equivalent Mark sheet Photo (within 200KB).
  • Upload Youur Scanned Aadhaar Card Photo (within 200KB)
  • Upload Scanned Aadhaar Card Photo (within 200KB) of Guardian(Optional)
  • Upload Scanned Caste Certificate Photo (within 200KB), if any.
  • Upload Scanned EWS Certificate Photo (within 200KB), if any.
  • Upload Scanned Income Certificate Photo for TFW Candidate (within 200KB), if any.
  • Upload Scanned Person with disability(PWD) Certificate Photo (within 200KB), if any.
  • Upload Scanned WBJEE Merit Rank Card Photo (within 200KB)
  • Upload Scanned Proof of Domicile in West Bengal Photo(within 200KB)
✓ Step 5:
  • a. No editing will be allowed after submission.
  • b. Before final submission, Please check carefully all the data entered.
  • c. Then finally accept terms & conditions and submit

✓ Step 6: Take a print out of the receipt generated and keep it with you till physical verification of the documents during counselling. This print out is mandatory during counselling
